This maternity leave contract is a fantastic opportunity for you to become an integral part of the Corporate Services Department in a leading not for profit organisation.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be part of a small helpdesk team providing a broad range of admin, facilities and IT support services to all departments. If you enjoy the challenge of delivering exceptional customer service in a busy environment, this could be the role for you.

You will be part of a supportive team that is responsible for;

• Serving as the first point of contact for all internal queries
• Effectively prioritising and accurately logging details of requests
• Providing basic first level support for our standard IT systems
• Promptly forwarding requests on to the appropriate section for action
• Maintaining databases & registers
• Providing admin support, including mail & archiving services

In order to be considered for this position, you must have exceptional customer service skills coupled with strong computer skills. Further, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks whilst paying attention to detail and maintaining accuracy. Experience in a similar role is highly desirable, but not necessary. Preferred working days are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday although alternative days will be considered.
