Annual events
Splash for Cash
Splash for Cash is a swim-a-thon where anyone can participate, to raise money to support the early learning programs for children with hearing or vision impairment. You can come along to the official venue and swim as many laps as you can on the day, or host your own Splash-out (in another pool on another day of your choice), or simply sponsor someone who is swimming for Splash for Cash. Check the Splash for Cash website
for all the details.
Hunter Splash
You can also support children in the Hunter Valley by swimming in the Hunter Splash on Sunday 31 August 2008 at the University of Newcastle's Forum Sports and Aquatic Centre. Check the Hunter Splash website
for details.
Charity Flight

host a fundraising flight to a delightful Australian destination. The day includes meals, tours and the odd surprise along the way. Previous destinations have been Longreach, Norfolk Island, Uluru, Hamilton Island, Tasmania and Sunshine coast and celebrities such as RIDBC ambassador Tara Moss have joined in the fun as well.
