Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations are accepted by RIDBC up to seven days prior to training. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing and are subject to an administration fee of 20%. Cancellation after this time, non attendance or partial attendance once the training has commenced does not warrant a refund, Course fees are not transferable.

PAYMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AT THE WORKSHOP/COURSE/CONFERENCE.
