Reference services include assistance with use of the catalogue 
,
advice as to the use of a variety of reference materials, locating
information in other libraries and online databases.
This service is for:
- Renwick Centre students,
- RIDBC staff,
- Parents of children on RIDBC programs, and
- RIDBC volunteers.
Information literacy sessions are conducted for students and staff periodically throughout the year.
Photocopying is available by the purchase of photocopying cards from the Centre Secretary.
