Fees for 2011
Level 1: Specialist support of more than 1 hour a week

- 7-12 $5,510
Level 2: Specialist support of 1 hour a week

- 7-12 $2,781
Level 3: Specialist support of two sessions a year of at least 1 hour each with written reports
