Entertainment Book sales support children with hearing or vision loss

RIDBC’s Belinda Patton and Kaye Bailey with Entertainment Publications Regional Manager, Kylie Sepos and Entertainment Publications Account Manager, Gemma Bouffer, receiving a cheque for $20,309 at RIDBC

A cheque for more than $20,000 from the sales of 2012-2013 Entertainment Books has been presented to the Royal Institute for Deaf and Blind Children (RIDBC).

20% of the cost of each book sold through RIDBC is donated back to the organisation.
“Entertainment Books offer an important fundraising opportunity to RIDBC,” said RIDBC Coordinator Committees / Events, Kaye Bailey. "Buying a Book is a fantastic way to support a charitable cause whilst also gaining access to some incredible food, entertainment and holiday deals.
“We now have a special deal for those wishing to pre-order a 2013-2014 Entertainment Book. It won't be available until 3 April, but if you pay for the book in March you will receive $150 worth of bonus deals!
“An Entertainment Book makes a fantastic present – for someone else or even for yourself! I use mine all the time, and find that I am more likely to get out there and try new things because I know I’m going to get a great deal.”
Buying a copy of the book from RIDBC will help thousands of children with vision or hearing loss around Australia. RIDBC supports these children, and their families, with its life-changing education and therapy programs.
